MORAL DECAY (CANADA)

Thrash metal band Moral Decay from Victoria started around 1989 with Toby Hicks - Guitar, Pete Randell - Bass, Dave Wenger - Lead Guitar, Vocals, Jamie Willis - Drums. Dave Wenger went on to form three other bands after Moral Decay: M Blanket, Ache Hour Credo, and Daddy's Hands; all of whom apparently greatly influenced modern indie acts such as Frog Eyes and Wolf Parade. He passed away in 1996.
